Fitness Services & Rates
Fitness and Medical Exercise (FAME) develops and implements fitness programming for clients who want professional help with general conditioning, post rehab training after discharge from physical therapy, and/or workouts for special conditions such as, but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis. FAME does not diagnose or treat clients’ conditions.
All new clients receive a discounted first meeting, preferably at the FAME Studio, where we will review your health history and goals as well as trial several exercises.
