• FAME will never share your name, phone number, email or any other personal information with anyone, except to obtain a medical clearance. Obtaining a medical clearance from your physician requires your signature on the FAME Medical Clearance Form. Physicians require FAME to share your name and birth date to obtain said clearance.

• FAME’s website does not use any type of cookies. Pictures and stories from clients on the website are generated only upon a client’s verbal or written consent. Pictures of clients at the FAME studio are taken only after a client’s consent is given.

• FAME’s email address is encrypted to provide protection in compliance with HIPAA standards for the exchange of Protected Health Information (PHI).
